This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information through our software-as-a-service platform, including any artificial intelligence (AI) features (collectively, the “Service”).

a. Information You Provide

  • Billing and payment information (processed by PCI-compliant third parties)

10. Enterprise-Specific Terms

The following additional terms apply to enterprise clients who have entered into a commercial agreement or Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Ezaspie:

a. Customer Data Ownership

Enterprise customers retain full ownership and control of their uploaded content and data, including AI input/output, unless otherwise specified by written agreement.

b. Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

Upon request, we will enter into a DPA to address obligations under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable privacy frameworks. The DPA governs how personal data is processed on your behalf and includes standard contractual clauses where required.

c. Data Isolation and Confidentiality

Enterprise client data may be isolated from other tenants via logical or physical separation. We implement enhanced access controls and confidentiality measures in accordance with enterprise-grade standards.

d. Optional Data Exclusion from AI Model Training

Enterprise clients may opt out of having their data used to train or fine-tune AI models. This can be arranged upon contract execution or requested by email at privacy@ezaspie.ai.

e. Custom Data Retention & Deletion Policies

Enterprise clients may negotiate custom data retention periods or request prompt deletion of data upon contract termination or specific events.

f. Audit Rights & Security Documentation

Upon written request, enterprise clients may review our most recent SOC 2, ISO, or other relevant security documentation, subject to a non-disclosure agreement.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” and notify you via the Service or by email if the changes are material.
